Class Policies

Billing

We require a card on file and will run payments on first Monday of each month. Accounts with unpaid balances by the 8th of the month will be dropped from class. You are considered enrolled in the program until you officially drop.

Payment Options

We are a cashless facility. Credit/debit cards are the only accepted forms of payment. Tuition will run on the first Monday of each month.

Class Cancellation

If you would like to drop, please notify our hospitality staff by at least the 25th of the month in order to discontinue classes for the following month. (Ex: if you’d like to drop for February, you’d need to notify us by Jan. 25).

We do not accept putting in a drop date in your account. This must be submitted in writing to hey@happygymdenver.com

As of the 26th of the month, you are committed for the following month and tuition fees will be posted.

Parents Onsite + Potty

Please arrive about 5 minutes prior to class starting, and encourage your gymnast to use the restroom before class. Parents are highly encouraged to remain at the gym during your child’s gymnastics classes.

Our bathrooms are a slight distance from the gym space, so it is important to have a parent there to take gymnasts to the bathroom if needed.

Leotards are tricky to maneuver when you’re a preschooler! They need your help.

Make Up Class Policy

The tuition you pay secures your child’s spot in class the month in which it is paid. We offer one make up per month, space permitting.

A make up class may be scheduled prior to a missed class if you know ahead of time your child will miss class (such as a planned vacation).

Make up class tokens will remain on your account for 1 month following the date of the absence.

Make up classes can not be used as credit toward tuition.

Make up classes are not guaranteed. Availability is based on current enrollment and maintaining safe class ratios.

You must be actively enrolled to use your make up class token recorded in your account.

Make up classes are scheduled with our hospitality team.

Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather, we follow Denver Public Schools closures. We will notify you of any class cancellations and provide options for makeup classes.

This may vary for morning and evening classes. For example, we may be closed for morning classes, but open for afternoon. We will notify you via email and social media.

Illness Policy

Your child’s health is incredibly important and we strive to provide a safe and healthy environment for all of our gymnasts and families.

Having a healthy gym community is a team effort. Our health and wellness policies are in alignment with Denver Public Schools.

Happy Gym's illness policy is to protect the health of students, staff and families by ensuring that students who are sick are able to recover and not spread illness to others:

  • Fever: Students should be fever-free for 24 hours without medication before returning to school. Do not bring your child to the gym if they are sick.
  • Medications: Do not give your child medication to mask symptoms before sending them to class.
  • Miss a class: Students who are unwell can schedule a make up class via the parent portal or by reaching out to hey@happygymdenver.com

To help keep kids healthy, as a team, we wipe down mats, teaching manipulatives and ‘high touch’ areas  at least twice a day. In addition, we continually wash our own hands, and use hand sanitizer.  Comment end
